I posted it for free because at this point I just need out. My unit is paid off, the firm said no to buyback. at Massanutten., I was about to pay FLG, but see that was almost a mistake. How bad is the hit to my credit if I just don't pay the yearly dues?

I feel so alone trying to get out of this thing I bought as a kid and hate it now, it cost me thousands. I am drowning in health issues. I just cant do this anymore.

You can try to give it away or to sell it. Sometimes calling back and asking different people will get a different result so try calling them back. If you have to speak to the same person just explain your situation. Sometimes if they know you are going to make them foreclose they will consider taking it back because it easier and is more cost effective for them.

I see your add. Good luck. If you don't get any takers in a few months you might consider just walking away from it and letting it go into foreclosure. You might get a credit score hit and some communications from a debt collector.

If you stop paying, they will eventually foreclose. And if you are drowning in medical bills, what does it matter if your credit score takes a 50 point hit?

DO NOT sign up for ANY EXIT outfit. They will just take more money and you'll still have the TS.
