I have a small account question

I have a 5000 point account with almost 2 years credits available. I believe I get another 5000 at the start of April, do I need to book something now so I won't lose credits? I have owned WM (larger account) for many years but normally have to rent in so this is new to me. When I look up credit expiry date it says the end of April 2027 but I'm not sure if they have to be held in a reservation by then or if they can be booked up to that date. Sorry for the dumb question.

The credits are good for two years so in your situation there is a day in April 2027 that the credits need to be dealt with. It's probably the day that you get the new credits, imo.

I would call in and ask to be certain.

In Worldmark your Credits are good for about 25 months for Booking. So credits issued on April 1, 2024 must be placed into a Booking by April 30, 2026. Then because you can Book out 13 months that Booking may not start until May 30, 2027. Housekeeping tokens work with the same Rule. Guest Certificates are only good for 12 months and can not be carried over. Because you can borrow 1 years worth of Credits with careful planning it is possible to have 4 years of Credits available for a big Booking. Of course that means you did not go anywhere for several past years and 1 future year.
 
Thanks I know I can transfer points to others but the rates are pretty low so I have never done that. I may just have to book a penthouse in Victoria. Always wanted to do that but could never justify the extra $.
