Don’t pay anyone to sell it. That is a scam.I have a time share. It was a gift. I want out but have zero idea of how. I’ve never used it and have paid maintenance fees for a long time. Any real advise? I’m very Leary of paying someone to “sell” it..
It’s Williamsburg plantation timeshare, it’s bi yearly,I think its around october…abour$450 yearlyDon’t pay anyone to sell it. That is a scam.
We need way more information to advise you. What timeshare is it? What are the annual dues? What is the season? Is it a week or points, etc.
I don’t think that’s going to have much if any value. There dont’ seem to be any completed eBay auctions for it, indicating to me that it is not commonly selling. You could try giving it away on the TUG giveaway forum. If that doesn’t work, you can try contacting the resort and/or HOA to see if they will accept a deedback. If that doesn’t work, your only final option is to default and let them foreclose. It’s Williamsburg plantation timeshare, it’s bi yearly,I think its around october…abour$450 yearly

This is good advice. The more info you can provide the more accurate the community can respondGuys, slow down. The OP needs to clarify exactly what they own. Seems this is Vacation Village at Williamsburg formally known as Williamsburg Plantation. If this is a summer week, it is valuable to some people for staying as well as for trading. Some people even like the winter or holiday weeks. The OP will not be able to collect any cash but someone might be willing to cover the closing/transfer cost.
