If you’re looking at transferring a Hawaii TS deed, do a deed search with either the name(s) of the grantor, grantee or both and the date range for when it was originally acquired.
Search for the Hawaii Bureau of Conveyances web site.
The ICN number & the contract number are the same number on our Hawaii deeds.
You can get a copy of your deed for around $10.00 online at boc.ehawaii.gov
I have a couple of Hawaii thorns in my side and they don't show as a contract number rather as the building and unit number as they were converted fixed weeks.
