I think should put them all in one or two posts by location areas so it doesn’t spam for others ads I think is better way to do it

Absolutely, if that format is acceptable to TUG, I’d much prefer creating one post with all available inventory as opposed to burying others’ listings/postings.

Yes it is allowed. You can have just one listing or you can group them by regions (or State/country as you wish) to help people quickly zero in.
