I have a Hyatt Vacation Club timeshare available for FREE. Here are the details:

Hyatt Vacation Club
Annual
300,000 points
Usage begins 2026
$Free


Buyer to pay closing/transfer costs of approximately $600.

Maintenance fees are $2636 per year.

This is the rename of the Welk resorts after Marriott Vacation Club International acquired them. They are renamed Hyatt Vacation Club, which must not be confused with Hyatt Residence Club (true Hyatt resorts). Hyatt Vacation Club trades in II. Welk resorts were sold as deeded weeks, and later points only. They have a points conversion chart for II deposits.

Is this still available? What is the home resort it is tied to and is this the Platinum Membership. What resorts in the Hyatt network can this currently be used at? Can it also be used elsewhere? Any literature you have on what I would be purchasing would be much appreciated. Thank you.
