Hyatt Siesta Key 2 bedroom premier

I found a 2-nigh for 2 bedroom premier in early December at Siesta Key and decided to book it.

We never visited Siesta Key beach, and only Sarasota downtown area a few years ago.

I just wonder whether anyone knows the layout for 2 bedroom premier villa. Does the villa has ocean view or village view? What is the difference between 2 bedroom, 2 bedroom premier and 2 bedroom deluxe at Siesta Key?

Is the weather good for early December? Any activity and restaurants recommendations?

We also have a Hilton Head Marriott booked for the same week. Should we keep this 2-night or Hilton Head Marriott?

The three Deluxe villas are all ocean side, There are three Premier villas that are ocean side, but the other four Premier villas are village side, the one Standard villa is village side. In total, there are 11 Residence Club Villas in the building. The rest of the units in the building are privately owned. I would keep the Siesta Key booking as there is no unit in the Hilton Head Marriott Vacation Club inventory that can compare with the Hyatt Siesta Key property. The Deluxe units have 2 Bedrooms, 1 Den, and 1 Study (can be used as a third and fourth bedroom) and have either 3 or 4 baths. The Premier units have 2 Bedrooms and 1 Den (Can be used as a third bedroom) and have either 2, 3, or 3 1/2 baths. The Standard unit has 2 Bedrooms and 3 baths. The sizes of the Hyatt Siesta Key Residence Club villas range from 1,840 sq. ft. to 2,765 sq. ft.
