What are the differences between a Hyatt regular, premier, deluxe room

What resorts have
Floating Split Week with your vacation purchase, simply make your Floating Split Week reservation, as usual, during your Home Resort Preference Period

This is my "Guess" at annual dues based on searches

Beach house 2br 1,100
Coconut plant 2Br 1,300
