I met with Steve Taylor for an owner update at Wild Oak. Had a good conversation so end up staying bit more than the 45 mins. Nice guy that have been with Hyatt since the 90s?

Hyatt sold off the unsold units at Northstar and some land/lots to Welks but have some unit still in HRC. Not sure about the split units or any partially sold units. Depending on the terms of the management contract, longer term Northstar HOA of the Hyatt units will need to decide what they want to do but in the short term they stay in HRC.

Hyatt Residence Club want to move more into fractionals and whole condos rather than timeshares.

I had commented that they would get more takers for the owner update if they offered GP points rather than the gift certificate.
