I am curious. I was looking at a resale broker's website and saw a couple of prime 3BR weeks listed for sale for half a million dollars $500,000. Is this really the norm or are these unrealistic? What did Hyatt sell these for direct? I know these are high floor, prime holiday and whale season weeks, but I would have to think these are never going to move at the prices they are asking.

Emmy and Peter (iconnections was Emmy) paid $40,000 for an oceanfront fixed week 12 or 13, if I remember correctly. It was a one bedroom oceanfront. That was about 12 years ago, I think.

Those prices are pretty crazy.
