When does the Hyatt website allow you to book your home resort week? I thought it was one year out and I know I have plenty of time, but my 2014 week begins March 30 and the site won't allow me to book it yet - maybe because it's a holiday today?

Look on hyatt website. Once you log in and check your member statement it will tell you when you get your points. That's when you can reserve. But you have until 6 months out to do it. No need to rush. I did on my 2013 week and it cost me a cancellation fee when our plans changed. No one can book your unit until hrpp over.

I received the email today notifying me I could reserve my week, which I did. I'm renting it in 2014 so I wanted to adcertise it as soon as possible.

I forgot about the email Hyatt sends. They are good at reminding you about the status of points. That being said I know I have to stay on top of things because the points expire faster than points in other systems.
