It closed a couple years ago. There had been the Hacienda del Mar timeshare, the Hyatt Cerromar and the Hyatt Dorado all sharing the same pool/beach areas. The Cerromar and the Dorado have both closed in the last few years.
Its great news that a new hotel is being built to enhance the experience.
The Hacienda del mar was a very nice resort when it shared the resort grounds with the Hotel. The Hotel added a lot of options for dinning and shopping. Its great that a new Hotel will be built on the grounds. Im sure the timeshare resort experience will be enhanced with the addition of the new Hotel.:whoopie:
