I called Hyatt and asked how to differentiate between the 2 bedroom unit and a 2 bedroom lock off unit when reserving online. I was told I could only reserve the 2 bedroom unit which has 2 double beds in the second bedroom. Does anyone here have knowledge of this resort? The lock off is basically a studio with a queen bed and if combined with a 1 bedroom unit would be more comfortable for 2 couples to rent. Very confusing. Would love some info on this resort. Thanks
 
Not sure if you are talking about your home reservation. But you should have no issue booking using points into any unit type at Coconut Cove. I do not see a way online to differentiate between a lockoff and a true 2br - so I suspect you will have to call in and have a rep verify the unit config and have them book it.

A lockoff there is physically a studio and a 1br unit. There is no connecting door - just a shared hallway with it's own keyed entry - then each unit has it's own keyed entry. So if you book a lockoff 2br you can leave either/both the 1br and studio doors open if you want for shared access and still have the door into the hallway locked.
