We have a bonus certificate from Hyatt. It is good for any one of their 9 vacation club resorts -excludes their residence clubs.
We can only book 60 days out and of course inventory is extremely limited.
We have been trying and trying to use this certificate. In fact, we are at the point where we say - "do you have anything available for any resort in the next 60 days"? Often we get an answer of "no". Occasionally they say they have one thing available but it is across the country and it is too short notice - such as San Antonio in two days.
Has anyone else had success with these bonus certificates? Does anybody know how the inventory works - is it only available during the off season in resorts, or is it like airline seats, just very limited - like one certificate per week per resort - so we need to be on the phone at 9 AM (60 days out) for every check in date. We are about ready to give up.
It is good until June. Will May or June have more availability - or is this par for the course.
