I always receive great and accurate information from this forum. I have a question regarding the boat slips at the Beach House resort. How are these booked and what is the cost?
I currently own a week at Windward Pt and have it reserved for 2026. The same week at the Beach House is available. I would like to change properties if a slip is available. Do I call the resort directly about slip availability and then the main booking number to change?

Any information on how the boat slips work is greatly appreciated.
 
Call the resort and ask to reserve one of the spots. My understanding is Beach House owners have first dibs, but if they have one available for the dates you will be there, they will probably give it to you.
