The first thing you should know is that anyone can list to sell for whatever price they might want but likely don't have a remote chance of getting. The second thing you should understand is that the week determines whether it's Diamond (2200 Hyatt or Interval International "points"), Platinum (2000), Gold (1880), or deep in the nether regions. Diamond should be somewhat more valuable than Platinum should be somewhat more valuable than Gold. Anything below that is, in my opinion, worthless.

Moreover, the Hyatt Beach House charges crazy high annual maintenance fees. No matter what season the week might be, all owners pay the same. So, if you're below Gold, you better hope that someone takes it off your hands for nothing because it's a liability, not an asset.
I prefer Hyatt Windward Pointe in Key West myself.
