The first thing you should know is that anyone can list to sell for whatever price they might want but likely don't have a remote chance of getting. The second thing you should understand is that the week determines whether it's Diamond (2200 Hyatt or Interval International "points"), Platinum (2000), Gold (1880), or deep in the nether regions. Diamond should be somewhat more valuable than Platinum should be somewhat more valuable than Gold. Anything below that is, in my opinion, worthless.

Moreover, the Hyatt Beach House charges crazy high annual maintenance fees. No matter what season the week might be, all owners pay the same. So, if you're below Gold, you better hope that someone takes it off your hands for nothing because it's a liability, not an asset.

I prefer Hyatt Windward Pointe in Key West myself.

Most of the above in my opinion.

Thank you. It’s a diamond week, 2,200 points

Thank you. Is there a way to see what has sold?
Well. If you look at that redweek page, nothing listed has sold. If you go to other resort pages, you'll see that some that have sold were identified as "sold". But, even then, you don't know if the seller accepted a lowball offer.

So, with nobody selling no matter what week, I would think that the person selling his/her week 25 for $16,800 is probably going to be renewing that sales ad for the rest of his/her life.
