HVC The Point - Kauai: No availability on HGV app but bookable on Hilton app

I assume it's an inventory limitation for HGV owners? Looking at 9/10 - 9/15 and HGV app shows no availability at The Point, but when I look up Hilton properties on Kuaui in the HHonors app it shows The Point as available and bookable for cash that week.

Only some is timeshare inventory. The rest is not, so can be used for hotel, and not for TS.
