HVC/Residence Clug - Borrow Points Question

HELP

I am looking to make a reservation at Coconut Cove in early January 2025 but my 2026 use year points are unavailable until Feb 2, 2025.

Therefore, I hoping to borrow points to make the reservation within 60 days of arrival. Whenever I call Hyatt Vacation Club Owners services, I get a different answer from the representative. Nobody knows what they are doing. I get conflicting information from one representation to the next.

Does anyone have information on the rules surrounding borrowing points for legacy weeks owners at Hyatt Residence Club? Any help is appreciated.
