How/Where to list Super Bowl weekend units at Club Wyndham La Belle Maison and Avenue Plaza

I have a couple of reservations over Super Bowl weekend in New Orleans at Club Wyndham La Belle Maison and Avenue Plaza. I am a Buffalo Bills fan so made them in hopes of my friends going, but now I don't know who to sell them to. I usually list on AirBnB, but New Orleans requires you to register with the city. My understanding is that because it is a hotel, there should be an exemption (believe it was labeled XRTS). I was hoping it was a generic code for La Belle Maison, but guessing I have to apply individually and it takes a few weeks. I also tried to list on Craigslist, but for some reason my posting for flagged. Was going to try Facebook, but not sure where to list it. The first reservation starts in a week so I am running out of time. I did not get any insurance so if they don't sell I lose the points. I know there is a huge demand for rooms in New Orleans for that weekend, just need to know how to get them out there so any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
