How to transfer Hacienda del Mar ownership

I have not been able to sell my timeshare at the Hacienda Del Mar in Mexico ( I know that is just too unbelievable) but I do have some friends who love it there and are willing to take it over. My question is.....how do I do it? I know someone out there must have an answer to that question.

Since Mexican timeshares are RTU (right to use) and not deeded properties, the resort should be able to handle a transfer easily. Check your certificate of ownership and see if there's a form on the back that you would sign to transfer it to your friend. There may be a fee charged by the resort to do this.
