how to sale wyndam timeshare

A couple ways. All for very little

How can I get this timeshare out of my life? Please help.

If it's Fairshare Plus points then price it at about $.01 point & offer to pay closing. If it's weeks - good luck. Wyndham weeks have virtually zero resale value.

And hopefully you do not have a loan related to the t/s. Then difficulty factor increases exponentially.

A fixed week during prime red time could be very valuable(more than)even when compared to points.(no lottery system to get a prime week)

I must admit, I get GREAT mileage out of my Kingsgate 3BR lockoff, week 18 . . . for $775/year in MF (now that the SA's are over). I've gotten exchanges through RCI into 2BR Kona resorts for this year and next using the 1BR side :)

Have you talk to HOA? Some do take deed back, if all MF are current.

and read the 1st 2 sticky.

It takes times and lucky factor to sell, so I would suggest try free ad site first.

If you want to take a fire sale. Put it on eBay, pick one or 2 reputable closing company allow the buyer to pick them, then put no reservation price, and start at $1 and set time end at 2 weeks later.

That means if you have mortgage, you have no chance to get cover. If you have loan, you need talk to Wyndham, and they make take it back (or maybe not, so don't hold your breath for that).
