I been getting the runaround by HGVC for how to get a copy of the estoppel document for a timeshare I own with them (Elara specifically). Where and how do you really get it and what's the current fee?

Based on a recent post, I believe the current estoppel fee is $85.
I think they'll first want a copy of your sale contract
It may be part of the "waiver of right of first refusal" process.

I would ask to speak with "Resale Services" or submit this form:
club.hiltongrandvacations.com/en/help/club-navigator/resale-inquiry
Alternatively, you could ask LT Transfers what they would suggest.

Print this, fill it out, send to C@hgvc.com, wait 4-24 hours. I had to process a gift deed myself recently, so I saved this. It was more mysterious than it really was. Once you have the account number and a credit card, it's dead simple.

As per your posting history, you recently purchased Elara. You already have online access for it. So what do you need an estoppel for? Are you selling what you just acquired?

Thanks all for the guidance. In looking at it more I realize estoppel isn’t what I’m looking for but it’s good to know that’s the process. I’m not sure what it’s called then but basically the regular annual billing statement, which I thought was was the estoppel when buying but I realize now when not in a sale is perhaps just called a billing statement. I recently paid my maintenance fees online when it recently showed up in my account but have not received that actual billing document by mail or email yet. Topic detour I know but I’d appreciate any thoughts!

You can see that also online under your ownership tab. You can also find MFs listed on TUG under MF Sticky.
