Has anyone done this? How did you do it? I want to try it, but I can't figure out if I should book the week first and then try to find a buyer or advertise the week, find a buyer, and then try to book it for them.
Any owner of Sunset Group knows that getting reservations can be very frustrating, so I am hesitant to advertise a rental that isn't booked yet.
(I am not trying to make big bucks - just trying NOT to lose the money that I already paid toward the maintenance fee.)
If I book and then don't go/can't rent it out, do you know if I can bank that already booked week with RCI? I've only banked UNBOOKED weeks and Sunset has always done the banking for me.
