How to get out of Starpoint Resort timeshare?

Hello I have recently lost my job and I'm not longer able to keep my Tim share how do I cancel it.

I would guess that you are long past your right to rescind. Usually a matter of days after purchase. There are lots of questions. When did you buy? Where did you buy?Is it paid off or do you still have a Loan? You can contact the Resort Main Office and see if they will accept a Deed Back.

No matter what else you do DO NOT give money to one of those companies that claim they can get you out and demand a large payment up front. These Timeshare Relief Companies are frauds.

they have a free surrender program if so!

I'm glad to hear you can possibly work this out, and and I hope your employment situation improves. Lots of employers are desperately looking out there.
