I'm at a loss, I have other owners that need access to my account but I cannot figure out how to create a login for them?

Next to sign in (just to the left) is a register button. Did you try that?

Each owner has to register for their own account. There's not any parent/child account function within the online system at this time unfortunately. This has been an ask as it relates to the "Friends & Family" program - allowing sub-accounts that can be assigned points/RT/HKC allocations explicitly for example - but Wyndham doesn't see any benefit in providing this type of program unfortunately.

"Other owners" ??

As far as I know there can only be one login per "account", even if there's a bunch of contracts associated with the account. I'm not sure what functionality allowing a second login to the same account would even provide. Every person who's on the account, even if they are only on certain deeds, has full rights to all the points from the web.

Besides you and your spouse, who else is on your ownership? Are you concerned about sharing a password?

Each owner on the account needs their own username and password. Sharing just one log in no longer works as the other owners would need to get the six digit verification number from the other person's phone or email to be able to log in.

Me and my wife share one account, even with the MFA/text thing, worst case scenario she yells across the room "hey honey, you are going to get a text in a minute, tell me what the code is"... or if i'm not home a brief phone call or text conversaion

I don't see how this would be a big deal, also on our computers I checked the box to "not ask again on this device", so the only time MFA comes into play is if i'm using a new PC somewhere

Each person listed on the account membership can create a login. It says as much right on the Registration page here - screenshot below for direct reference:

We have 7 owners on our accounts. They are Founder's level so it's a great thing for the kids.

It's a really good idea to clear your cache/browsing history periodically. However that will wipe out the "do not ask". Some people clear it after every search, some every day, etc.

Very few families would find it convenient to share a single log in.

Count your lucky stars! For me, this checkbox has *never* worked
on my primary devices.

I’m pretty sure it is a HH71 reported/tracked bug that it tends to
only work in a Windoze/PC environment, and not on iPad, MacOS,
or even Android.

This has never worked for me either. On Windows or Linux machines.
