How to Book Reservation For Relative

Does Wyndham offer a way to change an owners reservation to a friends or relatives name?
If so is there a charge or included in membership?

All accounts get at least 2 guest certs. It doesn't matter if it is a relative or not. If they aren't an owner and will be checking in, you need to use a guest cert.

And all accounts (regardless of type) get 2 guest allowances (which are used in addition to a guest certificate during owner priority times when an owner is not also checked in on their own reservation).
