How to add someone to deed.

I have 2 1bedroom units
Wanting to add each Adult child so they basically have the use of the timeshare and not bothering me about my plans for them .

So what does Vistana Resort require to add them on. They know the maintenance fees would be their responsibility, not me.

I would ask LT Transfers at https://www.lttransfers.com/

The titles will have to be re-written and submitted to the county records office and the Vistana title office, exactly like when you buy or sell a timeshare. Make sure your offspring realize that they will automatically inherit them upon your demise. And you should be aware that if they don't pay the maintenance fee - you will still be responsible for paying them.

I also recommend LTT for the transfer.

I made sure they were aware that they would be responsible for maintenance fees. And when I pass it was theirs.

Since guest name changes are free, you could just give them your username and password to login.
