How often does HGVC exercise their right to buy an offer first?

A little paranoid since I found the perfect one, and worried that HGVC will buy it and not let me. :(

Sheraton Vistana, HGVC Carlsbad,HHV-Lagoon Tower
I got a gold week in HHV, Lagoon tower, 5k and they did not exercise ROFR

I got an insane deal, that I did not even expect to be accepted. $15k, but for 2 bedroom upgrade, platinum, christmas time at HHV. Worried it is too good and HGV will take it :/
