How much are these owners going to actually make on these rentals? Not worth it to me!

I love going to Disney in December.
May, October and December are my favorite times of year at Disney.
And bonus is DVC is generally cheaper points wise in those months as well.

Food and Wine, yes, I have rented a few during that time. Flower and Garden, I have one lady who rents around Mother's Day every year from me. She likes to bring her granddaughter.

But Christmas season before the actual holiday is so pretty onsite and cheap to book.
