Hello, I found a buyer for one of my timeshares. Sent him Purchase and Sale agreement to sign. Has been 3 weeks. Have not heard back. How long should I wait before I contact him. He said he wanted to buy ASAP, so this has me puzzled.

I think 3 weeks is a very long time without any communication from the buyer.

I would send him a note enquiring if he received the contract and if so, would like to move forward with the transaction.

If you still do not get a response within a week, I would send him another message stating
you are putting your unit back on the market, unless you hear otherwise from him.
