It was weeks, but I am not waiting, I am calling again this afternoon. I don't want the person I am giving it to, to have to worry, and let's be honest, RCI doesn't have the best track record.
Thanks so much for all of your assistance. We called this morning, asked to speak to a manager and it was sent immediately.
Here we go again. On 3/15, paid for a Guest Certificate. It will be 3-5 business days. Today, no Guest Certificate. Called and explained that I had two units for the same week; I'm using one and a guest is using the other. I'm concerned because last time, it took 3 phone calls over two weeks to get the GC. Guide said it showed on his screen. It doesn't show up on my Confirmation like the others have (eventually). He'll resend it (another 3-5 business days). Why doesn't it show up on my Confirmation if it's showing on your screen and has been processed? Dunno....check your spam filter. Nothing else from RCI goes there, but I have just in case.
Why does this have to be so difficult? Why can't we just do it ourselves online like Weeks exchanges? Why oh why oh why? Dang, it's $59 for this "service". Geez!
