How is Sport Illustrated vacation club going to be sold? Will it be deeded or some sort of trust? Will a Sport Illustrated owner be able to sell there ownership to someone else? Will they have access to other Club Wyndham resorts? Pricing?

Daniel

I don't think Travel + Leisure has released those kinds of details. They expect to start selling Nashville by year end, so we should hear some pricing details in the next few months. Though it will probably require going to a sales pitch to find out anything. They aren't like Disney Vacation Club where they give out all their pricing in an open and transparent manner.

If I was to guess, this will be a separate type of thing like Margaritaville or PR.

Maybe we (CW owners) will get to use them, maybe with limitations like some of the PR resorts, maybe with limited booking windows, maybe we might have to use Club Pass.

Maybe we won't get access. Who knows. Time will tell.

So far, none of the locations appeal to me, or there are already existing options.

I too would suspect something similar to Margaritaville. Perhaps the limited booking window. With only two resorts announced so far, I don't know how full these properties would be without making them available to the broader Club Wyndham membership. I believe they've indicated plans for up to 30 properties total, but that seems pretty optimistic and they probably wouldn't get there for a couple decades. That is if the concept even proves itself to be viable.
