I no longer want to get emails from a yahoo group that I was a member of. I have clicked on unsubsribe several times (16 to be exact) and nothing works. How can I get them to take me off their list? I am getting very frustrated.

Can't you change your options so that you don't get an email with posts? I belong to a few Yahoo groups and have elected to not get emails from any of them. At least that way you won't be bugged by them.

I'm not sure what procedure you used to unsubscribe. I'd suggest going to http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups and then clicking on "Edit My Groups". Then check the box that says, "Leave Group" and make sure to click "Save Changes."

If that doesn't work, the next option would be to email the group's moderator and ask them to unsusbcribe you.

If that still doesn't work, then you have a problem because Yahoo Group's customer support is terrible, but you could switch to No Mail, as Bev suggested.

Theoretically, another option is to send an email to

group-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com

with the actual name of the group used where I put
group here.

But the suggestions given already should also work.
