HOW DO I TERMINATE MY TIMESHARE. I PURCHASE IN FEB 2024 UPGRADED 3 TIMES. I JUST PAID MY MAINTENANCE FEES. I AM NO LONGERABLE TO MAKE PAYMENTS. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS.
If you still owe on the purchase price, your options are: (a) pay it off or (b) default. There is no magic wand that will absolve you from a contract you've signed.

Whatever you do don’t pay a so called exit company to”help” you. They charge a lot of money up front and can’t do anything you can’t do your self. Unfortunately you can’t sell it until you pay off the loan if you have one on it.
One option is to make reservations at your home resort in a high demand time and rent the unit to help you make payments. That takes time and isn’t guaranteed.

I don't understand signing a contract and having your name witnessed, notarized and a loan taken out and then saying you want out. Sure, you can stop paying completely and risk your credit rating, but is it worth it to go that route? I would say it's not worth it, if you are under 50 and still plan to buy a house or finance a car. It's up to you, but the risk is real.
The "exit" companies are worse than the salespeople, if you can believe that. They lie, say they can do something they cannot, and then they go out of business.
One company I see on Facebook a lot is Wesley. They have a big story on their website about how they got rid of their timeshare and are helping others, it's despicable.

If you don't pay for your timeshare, eventually it will show up on your credit report as a derogatory, which depending on your need for credit might not matter in the long run.

If you can't make the payments you agreed to, don't pay. If it was due to a reversal of fortune, we're sorry. But owning (and using) timeshares is expensive. You are not the first to come to this conclusion. DO NOT use ANY Exit company.

Sounds like only option is to default or to keep using it. DO not pay a upfront fee cancelation company. They cannot do anything you can't do yourself. They will just have you stop paying but smoke and mirror you into thinking they are doing something other than waiting for foreclosure.
