How do I PM someone?

If I click on a person's name, I only see options to Ignore or Follow.

You want 'start a conversation' which should be next to follow and ignore.

It’s removed. I think it requires a logout and log back in to reset. That can be done manually or via timeout and login again via cookie.

yea you only need 3 posts to activate it...its not a very high limit.
