How can I tell if my 2012 week is in Interval?

I read the sticky on Interval, but still can't tell what the 'placeholder' is in Interval when I deposit my new year.

I used my 2011 deposits for trades already, yet they still appear under the Exchange tab under "My Units". 2 days ago I went onto mystarcentral and assigned my 2012 years to Interval, I did get the confirmation email.

Is there a way to tell if the 2012 year is actually in my II account? Exactly what should I be looking for and where?

Thanks.

In your Online Interval Acct. - you will always only see a Place Holder with the current year's date - no matter what years you have deposited. It will always be there, even if you make an exchange, or use the week yourself, or rent it.

All that indicates is that the week is REGISTERED with II. You cannot tell from your II Acct. whether the week has been deposited or not.

You know that your 2012 week has been deposited, because you received a confirmation from Starwood verifying the deposit.

It doesn't make any sense, but that's how Starwood and II decided to do it.

Great system! :p Can't tell what you've used OR deposited!

Oh well, I'm loving these trades despite their flakey website.

Yes, I recommend that you print out all confirmations, on-going requests, and exchanges, and keep a file.
