Resorts Owned
WKORV, WKV, SDO, Hyatt High Sierra, Dolphin's Cove (Anaheim) NEW: 3 Lawa'i Beach Resort!
Their website listed on the MF invoice is not recognizing our ownership.

Yes, but I'm trying to find out if anything has changed.

Aloha,
We paid our one Shearwater and three KBV MF$ online today.
The Shearwater site has been functional for a few years and worked as a returning account holder with no problem.
In order to get the web site to work for KBV, for each unit (owner number), we had to begin as a first timer to the web site. We used the same password for all KBV units (but different than Shearwater).
The web site has a few idiosyncrasies, but worked and provided confirmation numbers. During one attempt we did get an error message that directed us to phone call Wyndham to pay. That was when we decided we needed to register as a new user for each unit.

I think you are right!

Wyndham web site is terrible! LOL.

I am mailing my check.

It worked with the first payment, and after that we just got error messages no matter what we tried. I called the Princeville office and was able to leave a message - hopefully, they will call me back.

Update: The Princeville office told me to call the Wyndham Financial Office, and that worked the first time, and quickly:

1-866-523-8477 (this number is on the MF invoice)
extension 244

Aloha,
Perhaps some details behind my use of “idiosyncrasies” might be useful.
In every case (for every week of ownership) the first submittal of credit card information failed. Sometimes, it would say invalid credit card number even though I had double checked that before submitting. Sometimes it would unclick the credit card type button. I just kept refilling the information and buttons and resubmitting until it worked. The key was getting a confirmation number which I graphically snipped and saved and subsequent email confirmation.

Multiple tries didn't work for us, so the phone call was a better option.
