Hotel in Texas near Dallas preferably Marriott with breakfast and free parking cat 1-5

I will be stopping on a last minute emergency road trip somewhere near Dallas. I won't be doing any sightseeing so it doesn't have to be anywhere interesting just a safe area. Just a stop along the route for 7-8 hours rest and then driving on. I have a 1-5 annual cert. Ideally the hotel will have breakfast and free parking although I could skip breakfast if a Courtyard works best. I will be on 30 and would be looking to stop somewhere between Texarkana and Dallas. I will be heading further South but Dallas puts my day at 10 hours (with no traffic and no stops) and there might be some weather issues in TN so I don't think I can make it any farther. I really don't know the area well enough to use the Marriott site to help me look.

I don't know the Dallas area well at all, but I went to the Marriott website and put in Dallas as the location. I then used the map view and found a Fairfield Inn (with free breakfast) on 30 just outside Dallas. You might want to check it out.

The closest I see is Richardson/Plano, which would be a bit North from 30 and already in the metro. I see no Marriotts from Texarkana to Dallas Metro.
