Horacio Haro - anyone ever dealt with this individual on Redweek?

He probably made up that name just for you.
 
I have an inquiry from him now, but seems fishy. Did he ever go through with your rental.
 
Any more information on this? Was wondering if these are last minute offers? Thanks

I just got an inquiry from him on a Redweek listing. He seems like some kind of broker. The name he gave me for the reservation is different than his own. Sent him my payment info- we’ll see if he comes through with the cash…
 
Received an email from him....looks like he has a BOT running that finds timeshare rentals on redweek with only 7 days left until check-in date. The email was dated 2:30 am on Sunday...the week starts next Saturday.
Did anyone actually rent to him or thru him as a 3rd party ?
Did you get paid on time ?

Yes no issues at all. He paid the full asking price (in less than 24 hours after contact) and provided me the name and email of the renter (different from his own) and I sent the confirmation. It was a very simple transaction actually. I would certainly rent to him again as it doesnt really matter to me who he sub-leases too. (this particular rental is actually for a check-in date that is this weekend and I have never heard anything from him again.)

I have a contract with him.
He is not responding with my questions.
Payment was due yesterday.
Checkin is July 23rd.
