Holiday Inn Club Vacation - Williamsburg, VA
Selling my Holiday Inn Club Vacation Timeshare located in Williamsburg, VA, near Colonial Williamsburg. We are willing to give this property to someone with the understanding there is a mortgage associated with it. We will transfer the property to you (we will pay the transfer fees) and you will assume the mortgage and maintenance fees (maintenance fees for 2018 are paid in full). Maintenance fees are approximately $825/year. Mortgage is approximately $13,000. Not looking to make any money off of this property just want to get rid of it. If you are interested or want me details please let me know.
 
This is not a bargain. Not with a $13,000 mortgage attached.

You will be hard pressed to give away an ownership with ANY mortgage on it. Just trying to pass on a realistic view. Sorry.
 
No one will accept this unless you pay off the mortgage first. It is not worth the $13K that you owe on it.
 
A property with a mortgage is not a bargain. A HICV at Williamsburg will revert to the deeded week. It has no value. You will not find someone willing to take over the mortgage. You can not advertise in the forum of TUG.

Your options are going to be to try to convince HICV to take it back- unlikely with a mortgage but always worth a try.
Stop paying and let it default. Final option is to pay it off and then see if HICV will let you deed it back or after it is paid off you might be able to give it away.
