Hi :)

Can anyone give us an idea of what the MF fees have been doing over the last several years at the Hyatt Pinon Pointe? We are trying to get an idea of the percentage it goes up each year :)

Thank you!

where I was there in September I was talking to the sales staff, and it sounds like it has been the lowest increase % wise of all the hyatts, 1-3 % per year, but once they sell out I see it increasing at a higher rate. Because it is probably the least desired vacation spot of the hyatt system, and nobody will buy it MF are too high... A couple of years ago I guess there was a slight decrease in MF. Also according to the sales staff the reserves are strong there , like 30 years or so... But,,, who knows how truthful this info was coming from the sales team..

I received the same information... so yes, 'who knows' what the truth is... one can only hope :)

And I had not thought that the MF fees are low to get people to buy... this is an interesting strategy and one to take into account for the foreseeable future... Thank you...
