I discovered that the training I received as a sales person and the sales pitch used to sell clients were riddled with lies. Hilton has been actively deceiving clients to pressure them into making unnecessary purchases, leaving them financially burdened. I have comprehensive evidence, including a recording and video, to support my claims. This scam has resulted in substantial debt for hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of dollars. Many individuals involved in the deception are complicit in this criminal act. Provide your information and I will contact you direct.

I agree with TUGBrian about filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office. Not sure how you can "take it to them" with a lawyer of your own as it doesn't sound like you were personally damaged in any way by their business practices. I admit though, my legal training is lacking as it only consists of watching Judge Judy.

Did they kick you out because you couldn't sell? This could qualify you as a whistleblower if you have evidence of illegal tactics. This could also be a consumer unfair practices suit.

To the whistle-blower you must have written evidence dates and time in black and white and not your personal opinion.
Nothing but true facts of wrong doing by this company.

Just know that there are several cases against TS companies and whomever you go with it would possibly be more advantageous to get multiple state AGs involved. Hopefully they can gather other states hoping to act lawfully.
