I thought that West 57th charges a short stay fee for stay less than 4 nights. Is it accurate?

Thanks for any insights.

Yes, that is correct.

  • For reservations of three nights or fewer, there is an $85 short stay fee, plus applicable taxes, payable upon check-out.

I hear that if you stay in a 1 bdrm penthouse there is no fee because they perform daily housekeeping. YMMV points required is much higher than a studio.

Yes I got charged that fee last month when we stayed there for 3 nights. I didn't get charged that fee at Miracle Mile in Chicago this week. Is it only W 57th St. that charges it?

Thanks for the clarification. I tried to book 4-night stay, however, there is only 3 nights available.

Chicago is not a Hilton Club property. It’s HGVC. I don’t know if any HGVC resort that charges a short stay fee.
