We've owned a membership at Myrtle Beach Oceans 22 since 2015. In June 2025 we sold (exchanged?) this unit for the Charleston SC Liberty Tree site. The new bill combines 2025 and 2026,
1, 2025 charges ( even though we had paid 2025 dues, at end of 2024): 2025 Club Dues ($94.00), 2025 Operating fee ($881.90), 2025 Finance charges (20.60), 2025 Late Fee ($50),Real Estate taxes (73.3), Reserve fee ($116.90) total: $1823.63.
2. 2026 dues: Club dues ($329.00), Operating fee ($902.80), Real Estate Taxes ($75.40), Reserve Fee ($123.600), plus an inventory activation fee to HGV
Is HGV duplicating the 2025 charges in this bill? All dues bills up to this have been paid in full.
