Hilton La Pacifica / Casa Dorada Spa & Golf Resort San Jose Del Cabo

Diamond Resorts Hawaii Collection, Diamond Resorts Cabo Azul Collection, Grand Colorado Peak 8, Grand Timber Lodge, Grand Lodge on Peak 7, Vidanta, Westin Lagunamar, Palace Resorts, Hard Rock, Marriott Aruba Surf, Marriott Kauai Beach
I have a membership which can be used at Zoetry, Casa Dorada, etc. It includes 8 rounds of golf with a 2 BR unit. Casa Dorada has a building at La Pacifica, and I would like to rent it out. Given the price of golf in Cabo, I would think it would rent for a lot of money. When I look at the listings though, it is the tiny rooms (no kitchen) with no golf. Is there any way to cross post a rental so that the folks looking for La Pacifica can find my posting for the same resort but 2 BR and with golf included (but optional AI for food and drinks)? I looked on RedWeek and it seems to be the same hotel room type accommodations. How do I get the attention of golfers looking for a 2BR?

Where is your membership? I haven’t seen too many rentals at either Casa Dorada (Hilton) or La Pacifica, but you could watch Redweek.

We are owners at Casa Dorada (Hilton) and are wondering why no inventory for 2025 has been released yet. It should have been released last January. Any thoughts?

I'm wanting to rent it out not rent from someone else.

Last time I looked time was available to reserve for Spring. I do know that different contracts have different lead times and unit sizes.
