Hilton Introduces Changeable reservations

Book online or call and choose the "changable reservation" and you can change your HGVC Club reservation at no fee. Cost for new reservation option is $49 online or $69 on the phone.

Currently the website doesn't allow you to see availability if you don't have enough points available for the current and future year due to pending reservations. This currently prevents you from searching online for other options.

Does this mean that the system will now consider your pending reservations as potential available points and we'll be able to see availability in order to change our reservations online?

It was a bit tough to find (you have to put your cursor on "changeable reservation rules" and then it brings up the info).

Any idea how you will be able to make a reservation change online? The rules say that once you have confirmed a reservation, any changes have to be made online. I don't see any option for changing a reservation...Any thoughts?

My take on this (from what I read in the rules) is that the changeable reservation is now the standard reservation and not an option that you have to choose?
