The resort newest or recently updated units?
My unit at Barony last fall was newly updated. Not sure if every unit at the resort was.
I think you would do well with Grande Ocean, Barony or Surf Watch since you have the points to use.
Lots of thread comparing the resorts here so you can pick what sounds best to you.

They are all old, but Surfwatch is the newest. Your best value for the points is Monarch. It's on the ocean and a lot less points than the big three (Grande Ocean, Surfwatch, and Baroney). I like Grande Ocean the best followed by Baroney (oceans side/front), Monarch, Surfwatch, and Harbor Club in that order. The first four are on the ocean, but SW requires a decent walk to the sand.
I would do Grande Ocean because of location and resort set up regardless of which one had the most recent refurbishment. If you can use and get a 3 BR, then I might move Surfwatch to the head of the line. MGO will also have the lazy river opening in a few months.
