Hilton Head Island timeshare transfer/recording

Does anyone have experience with a Marriott Vacation Club transfer?

I'm looking for a transfer agent or attorney licensed in SC to do the deed and recording, etc, but I don't see a need to pay a whole lot.

I'm a licensed real estate broker so I'm comfortable with most of the issues, but I don't know names, costs, etc.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
