"This notice confirms your designation as a Dividend Beneficiary within Hilton's Founder Associate Program based on the company's most recent internal compliance review.
Hilton, as the principal stockholder of the Founder Associate Dividend holdings, has resolved to proceed with the scheduled liquidation of these shares, expected to conclude on December 16, 2025.
In accordance with corporate governance requirements, this notice confirms that your status carries entitlements registered in your name, which can be secured prior to the completion date to ensure settlement.
Entitlements not secured within the specified timeframe will expire, and your corresponding associated dividend allocations will revert to Hilton's Internal Liquidity Reserve.
How to Review Your Position
Should you wish to secure your position and review the details of your allocation, you may contact Hilton's Financial Equity Division. Upon contacting the Financial Equity Division, you will be asked to reference your Founder Membership ID: ######### which will enable your beneficiary record to be located and processed. "
