Unit 148 Week 39 Annual 2 Bedroom - 2018 Maintenance Fees paid with usage available to new owner! Transfer Fees and Recording fees paid by seller. I am interested in your two Grand Pacific Resorts weeks 48/49, but I could not reply to them. Please let me know more information on them. Such as are they one-bedroom or studio units, and annual weeks?
 
If I’m reading this right the resort is not free? Just 2018 use age? How much is the maintenance fee for 2019?
